Webstore - Important Reminders

Orders placed by 2:00pm CST will ship same day (subject to stock availability).
There is a $40 minimum for online orders.
All orders placed with our web store will ship via UPS surface. If air service is required (next day, second day, etc.) please contact sales@crownrf.com before ordering.
Please check all items to be ordered for accuracy before confirming the purchase. A 15% re-stock charge may apply for any returned items.
Orders over $250 may require a signed credit card receipt by the purchaser before shipment. (Click here for more detail).
International Customers: Orders can be placed through the web-store system but all shipments must be sent freight collect. Please include your freight vendor, account # and type of air service preferred (i.e. – express, economy, etc.)
TEXAS CUSTOMERS: On-line orders are considered non-taxable and a Texas re-sale form must be submitted to sales@crownrf.com or faxed to (972) 771-9499. Orders typically will not ship until this form is received. For any TAXABLE orders please contact sales@crownrf.com to place your order.
