Terms and Conditions
- HOURS OF OPERATION: Mon-Fri 8:30am - 6:00pm (CST)
- ORDERING: All orders received through the Crown RF
online store shall be considered confirmed at the time of receipt and
will be processed and shipped in accordance with our UPS Ground freight
policy.
** Orders placed by 2:00pm CST will ship same day (subject to stock
availability).
** In the event of an unforeseen change in stock status any item ordered
through the Crown online store, a Crown sales representative
will contact the customer as soon as possible to discuss alternative
ordering arrangements.
- PAYMENT: Credit cards accepted are MasterCard, Visa, and American
Express.
- PRICING: All prices posted on the Crown online store shall be considered
valid for order processing and may be subject to change without notice in the event of unforeseen
cost increases in raw materials.
- FREIGHT: UPS is the primary freight carrier and all orders will include
freight and insurance charges. Any requests for using an alternative carrier must be reviewed and
approved by Crown management prior to shipment.
- ORDER CANCELLATION: Orders received through the online store shall be considered
confirmed when received. Any customer wishing to cancel an order after confirmation may be subject to
a re-stocking fee of 10-25% which will be determined at the sole discretion of Crown management.
Change orders are also subject to review and approval by Crown management.
- RETURNS: All requests for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be
submitted to Crown within ten days after receipt of merchandise. The customer shall be responsible
for any costs incurred for returning the products.
- PRIVACY POLICY: Crown RF collects the mailing address, e-mail address,
and phone numbers of customers who place orders through the online store or contact us through
e-mail, phone calls, and other information volunteered by the customer, such as through registration
in the online store. Crown uses this only for completion of orders and future marketing,
and will neither share nor sell this information to third parties.
- FOR CUSTOMER SECURITY: a signed credit card receipt may be requested prior to shipment.
